  1. Click account switcher in sidebar
  2. Select 'Create Team'
  3. Enter team name
  4. Invite members

Team Roles

Owner

  • Full control
  • Manage billing
  • Add/remove members
  • Delete team

Admin

  • Create/edit/delete QR codes
  • Manage styles
  • Invite members
  • View analytics

Member

  • View QR codes
  • View analytics
  • Use team styles
  • Limited editing

Invite Members

  1. Go to Members section
  2. Click 'Invite Member'
  3. Enter email
  4. Choose role
  5. Send invitation

Best Practices

Naming Convention

[Category] - [Campaign] - [Channel] - [Date] Example: PRODUCT - Launch Q4 - Instagram - 2024

Style Guidelines

  • Create 3-5 approved brand styles
  • Document usage rules
  • Share with all members

Permission Management

  • Give minimal permissions by default
  • Promote to Admin only when needed
  • Limit Owner roles to 1-2 people

Team Billing

One subscription per team - Owner manages billing

Separate from personal - Personal and team billed separately
